Considerations of Incorporating a Ministry is a one-day workshop for those considering incorporating a ministry. While this workshop addresses issues related to 501(c)3 non-profit corporations in the United States, the principles that will be discussed apply to women in ministry in any nation that offers NGO, Charity or other legal designations useful to ministries. Dr. LaDonna Osborn is the President and CEO of Osborn Ministries International, Osborn Foundation of Canada and Osborn Foundation Ltd (in England). She serves on the legal boards of the International Communion of Charismatic Churches and Oral Roberts University. The integrity and longevity of any Christian organization depend on the founders and/or corporate leaders understanding the dynamics of legal responsibility. This workshop will include generous time segments for Q&A.
