Everything that Jesus commanded His followers to do was impossible in the natural. Imagine His instruction to His followers, after His resurrection, to GO INTO ALL THE WORLD.
When my father and mother were in their early 20s, Jesus appeared to them “showing Himself alive.” The passion of Christ is for EVERYONE to know Him. This captured my parents’ hearts.
Their first missionary journey was to the island of Jamaica. It was there, that they witnessed the power of the Gospel and proof of the Resurrected Jesus.

They began to face the enormous task that Jesus had assigned to His followers.
The world was too big; the needs of humanity were overwhelming.
In their morning devotions, they read the story in Luke 5 where Jesus called Simon, James, and John (the fishermen) to follow Him and become fishers of people.
But before He called them, He demonstrated His plan by filling their nets with an abundance of fish. A revelation shouted to my parents from the Scripture: “so they called to their partners … to come and help them.”
